Key Responsibilities

The Inventory Planning Coordinator serves as a crucial link between supply chain operations and business objectives. You will be responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels while supporting our financial goals.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Coordinating inventory planning requirements to ensure seamless integration of supply chain and operational processes across multiple Product Service Lines (PSLs).
  • Gathering business outlook data from PSLs and Business Development teams to execute demand-aligned inventory strategies.
  • Analyzing and validating forecasts and replenishment recommendations generated by advanced inventory planning tools.
  • Leading inventory planning meetings and ensuring the timely execution of all action items.
  • Mentoring and training Material Control Specialists to enhance team capabilities.
  • Potentially serving as team lead for small work groups or special project teams.
  • Directly contributing to the achievement of financial targets and business objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

Required:

  • A two-year degree with six years of materials management experience in procurement or logistics
  • OR a four-year degree with two years of related work experience

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration

Essential Skills:

  • Advanced analytical abilities with proven problem-solving capabilities
  • Exceptional computer proficiency and systems aptitude
  • Strong leadership potential with coaching and mentorship skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Strategic thinking with keen attention to detail
