Key Responsibilities

The Inventory Planning Coordinator serves as a crucial link between supply chain operations and business objectives. You will be responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels while supporting our financial goals.

Your primary duties will include:

Coordinating inventory planning requirements to ensure seamless integration of supply chain and operational processes across multiple Product Service Lines (PSLs).
Gathering business outlook data from PSLs and Business Development teams to execute demand-aligned inventory strategies.
Analyzing and validating forecasts and replenishment recommendations generated by advanced inventory planning tools.
Leading inventory planning meetings and ensuring the timely execution of all action items.
Mentoring and training Material Control Specialists to enhance team capabilities.
Potentially serving as team lead for small work groups or special project teams.
Directly contributing to the achievement of financial targets and business objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

Required:

A two-year degree with six years of materials management experience in procurement or logistics
OR a four-year degree with two years of related work experience

Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration

Essential Skills:

Advanced analytical abilities with proven problem-solving capabilities
Exceptional computer proficiency and systems aptitude
Strong leadership potential with coaching and mentorship skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Strategic thinking with keen attention to detail
