POSITION: Cyber Security & Technical Support Professionals

Indigo Solutions is seeking experienced, highly motivated professionals to join our growing Cyber Security and Technical operations team. If you have strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills, plus experience with Windows or Linux environments, this role offers the opportunity to work on SOC operations, SIEM platforms, incident response, threat intelligence, digital forensics, system administration, and more.

Your Mission

You will take responsibility for cyber security and technical support operations, depending on your specialization. Moreover, your role includes monitoring security alerts, investigating incidents, managing system administration tasks, supporting network infrastructure, and applying scripting and automation where beneficial. You will also work with SIEM platforms, threat intelligence feeds, and digital forensics tools to identify and mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities

Your role spans security monitoring, incident response, system administration, network support, and technical operations. Here is what you will tackle:

Security Operations

You will monitor security alerts and events, triaging potential threats.
Then, investigating incidents to determine root cause and impact.

SIEM & Threat Intelligence

You will work with SIEM platforms to correlate logs and detect anomalies.
Applying threat intelligence to prioritize security alerts.

Incident Response & Forensics

You will respond to security incidents, containing threats and preserving evidence.
Conducting digital forensics to support investigations.

System Administration

You will manage Windows and Linux environments, applying patches and hardening configurations.
Ensuring systems remain secure and available.

Network Infrastructure

You will support network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and routers.
Troubleshooting connectivity and performance issues.

Scripting & Automation

You will use scripting and automation to streamline repetitive tasks and improve response times.

What You Bring to the Role

Education

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience

A minimum of three years of hands on technical and operational experience.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and network environments.
Experience working with Windows or Linux environments.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills.
Good communication and reporting abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work in operational and shift based environments when required.
