Job Duties

  • Set up and operate welding equipment using GTAW and GMAW processes on various metal types.
  • Program, operate, and troubleshoot robotic welding systems across different production stages.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and apply GD&T principles for accurate part layout and verification.
  • Conduct functional, thermal, and dimensional inspections to ensure product quality standards.
  • Perform prototype welding, troubleshoot build issues, and document all quality-related processes.
  • Load and operate robotic welders, recover systems from faults, and restart production efficiently.
  • Analyze CMM reports and adjust robotic parameters to correct dimensional inconsistencies.
  • Support fixture design, implementation, and changeovers for production and new product launches.
  • Maintain equipment through preventive maintenance and ensure compliance with safety procedures.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED with vocational or technical training preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of industrial welding experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of blueprint reading, GD&T, and inspection tools.
  • Experience with robotic welding systems such as Motoman, Panasonic, or Fanuc is preferred.
  • Knowledge of PLC programming and robotic system calibration is advantageous.
  • Ability to perform preventive maintenance on robotic welding equipment and components.
  • Physical ability to handle demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and prolonged standing.
  • Comfort working in industrial environments with exposure to noise, fumes, and machinery.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States with visa sponsorship options, including H1B.
