Job Duties

Set up and operate welding equipment using GTAW and GMAW processes on various metal types.
Program, operate, and troubleshoot robotic welding systems across different production stages.
Read and interpret blueprints and apply GD&T principles for accurate part layout and verification.
Conduct functional, thermal, and dimensional inspections to ensure product quality standards.
Perform prototype welding, troubleshoot build issues, and document all quality-related processes.
Load and operate robotic welders, recover systems from faults, and restart production efficiently.
Analyze CMM reports and adjust robotic parameters to correct dimensional inconsistencies.
Support fixture design, implementation, and changeovers for production and new product launches.
Maintain equipment through preventive maintenance and ensure compliance with safety procedures.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED with vocational or technical training preferred.
Minimum of two years of industrial welding experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of blueprint reading, GD&T, and inspection tools.
Experience with robotic welding systems such as Motoman, Panasonic, or Fanuc is preferred.
Knowledge of PLC programming and robotic system calibration is advantageous.
Ability to perform preventive maintenance on robotic welding equipment and components.
Physical ability to handle demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and prolonged standing.
Comfort working in industrial environments with exposure to noise, fumes, and machinery.
Eligibility to work in the United States with visa sponsorship options, including H1B.
