POSITION: Customer Service Advisor

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
In this role, your daily activities will focus on delivering excellent service while driving results:
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, live chat, and instant messaging

- Identify buying signals and turn interactions into sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system
- Work with team leaders to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications
To qualify for this position, candidates should meet the following requirements:
