Job Summary
In this role, you will lead user acquisition campaigns across paid social channels for both web and app platforms. You will design data driven strategies, optimize performance funnels, and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional results. Create and Manage User Acquisition Campaigns
- You will create and manage campaigns across Meta, TikTok, X, Snapchat, and other paid social platforms for both web and app.
- Managing end to end campaign operations from setup and budgeting to optimization ensures you hit performance goals including CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
Brief and Collaborate on Creatives
- You will manage the process of briefing creatives, particularly User Generated Content, working with both internal and external creative production teams.
- Supporting the social media team with boosted posts extends your impact across channels.
Test and Iterate Continuously
- You will continuously test and iterate on creatives, messaging, and audience strategies to maximize impact across social channels.
- Running structured A/B tests validates hypotheses and improves funnel conversion at every stage.
Collaborate Across Teams
- You will work closely with creative, analytics, BI, and product teams to launch and scale high performing campaigns across diverse markets.
- Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance using tools like AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, and internal dashboards identifies actionable insights and growth opportunities.
Stay Ahead of Trends
- You will stay on top of paid social trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities to ensure Sporty Bet remains ahead of the curve.
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with platform reps gains access to betas, insights, and strategic support.

- You possess 3 or more years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition, with a strong focus on paid social channels such as Meta, TikTok, and X.
- Proven ability to manage campaigns across both web and app drives measurable impact on key metrics like CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and social performance tools supports your daily work. Familiarity with AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms enhances your capabilities.
- A strong analytical mindset allows you to interpret data, build experiments, and scale what works.
- Solid understanding of the broader digital marketing mix, including creative strategy, funnel optimization, and cross channel collaboration, ensures holistic success.
- Comfort working in a fast paced, data driven environment with close collaboration across creative, analytics, BI, and product teams defines your work style.
