ClairView Associates is looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager and Content Creator to build and manage an educational YouTube channel focused on students studying abroad. Create and Repurpose Short Form Content

You will create YouTube Shorts that tease and promote main videos, driving traffic and engagement.
Repurposing short form videos for TikTok and similar platforms expands audience reach organically.
Optimizing titles, thumbnails, and descriptions ensures maximum visibility and click through rates.

Research and Strategize

Researching trending topics relevant to students living abroad keeps content fresh and timely.
Maintaining a consistent content schedule builds audience trust and platform algorithms.
Monitoring analytics and adjusting strategies improves channel performance over time.

Build Community and Engagement

Engaging with comments and helping build an active online community fosters loyalty and repeat viewership.
Suggesting creative ideas to grow the channel organically positions you as a strategic partner.

What You Bring to the Role

Education and Experience

You possess two years of relevant experience. Alternatively, you hold a Senior High School Certificate or a Degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
Strong understanding of YouTube content strategy guides your decision making.
Experience editing videos for YouTube and short form social media platforms is essential.
Familiarity with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar software enables professional output.
Ability to create engaging short form content keeps audiences watching.
Understanding of YouTube thumbnails, hooks, and audience retention drives channel success.
Excellent spoken and written English ensures clear communication.
Organization, creativity, and deadline meeting capability define your work style.
