POSITION: Operations Manager

We are entering our next phase of growth and transformation. Consequently, we are seeking a highly driven, results-oriented Operations Manager. This is not a maintenance role. You will have a clear mandate to deliver results, meet defined performance targets, improve profitability, and drive sustainable revenue growth across our business units. If you have at least five years of progressive operations management experience and a demonstrated history of turning around operations, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

As Operations Manager, you will provide strategic and hands-on operational leadership across the Group’s business units. You will take ownership of performance, ensuring alignment with revenue targets and corporate strategy. You will identify gaps, implement corrective measures, and lead initiatives that directly contribute to increased efficiency and bottom-line improvement. Your leadership will shape the future of a dynamic conglomerate.

Your core responsibilities will include:

Strategic Operational Leadership

Lead Day-to-Day Operations: You will coordinate operational activities across all business units. You will ensure alignment with corporate objectives and seamless execution.
Drive Performance Across Units: You will push each business unit to meet and exceed revenue targets and profitability goals. You will hold teams accountable for results.
Translate Strategy into Action: You will convert strategic objectives into clear operational plans with measurable KPIs and defined timelines. You will make strategy real.

Revenue Growth & Profitability Optimization

Lead Revenue-Enhancing Initiatives: You will identify and execute opportunities to increase revenue across the portfolio. You will drive top-line growth.
Implement Cost-Optimization Strategies: You will find ways to improve margins without sacrificing quality. You will protect and enhance profitability.
Drive Operational Turnaround: You will identify underperforming operations and implement corrective measures. You will lead transformation and sustained improvement.

Performance Management & Reporting

Set and Track Ambitious Targets: You will establish clear performance metrics and monitor progress relentlessly. You will ensure targets are consistently achieved or exceeded.
Prepare Periodic Reports: You will deliver operational and performance reports to executive leadership. You will provide insights that inform strategic decisions.
Identify and Mitigate Risks: You will spot operational risks early and develop mitigation strategies. You will safeguard the Group’s interests.

Team Leadership & Development

Provide Leadership and Supervision: You will lead operational teams, setting clear expectations and supporting their success.
Manage Performance: You will drive a culture of accountability and high performance. You will develop your team members and address underperformance directly.
Build Stakeholder Relationships: You will collaborate effectively across business units and with external partners.

To excel in this role, you will need:

Qualifications & Experience

A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in operations management. Your experience must demonstrate proven responsibility for delivering measurable financial and operational results.
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, improving profitability, or leading operational turnaround initiatives. You have the numbers to prove it.
