POSITION: Senior Solution Integrator

Job Summary

This is not a routine integration role. You will work at the cutting edge of fintech, deploying and integrating the Ericsson Wallet Platform across diverse environments. You will collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, and customer stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable, and secure financial solutions. Key Responsibilities

You will take ownership of technical deployments from start to finish. Moreover, you will install platforms, integrate systems, and ensure everything works seamlessly. You will also identify opportunities to evolve existing solutions, helping our customers monetize their platforms and grow their businesses.

Your day to day impact will include:

Deploying Core Platforms: You will install and deploy the Ericsson Wallet Platform in customer environments and local data centers. You will ensure every deployment meets our high standards for performance and security.
Integrating Complex Systems: You will connect the Wallet Platform with internal and external systems using technologies like DIAMETER, SMPP, HTTP, and XML APIs. You will make disparate systems talk to one another smoothly.
Testing Thoroughly: You will perform both white-box and black-box testing in close collaboration with internal and external teams. You will prepare and execute unit test cases, validate results, and document everything in clear test reports.
Preparing Critical Documentation: You will write and maintain Method of Procedure documents, ensuring every deployment follows a clear, repeatable process. You will also produce result reports and support troubleshooting activities as needed.
Collaborating on Design: You will work closely with solution architects and business analysts to understand business requirements. You will contribute directly to solution design, ensuring technical feasibility aligns with customer needs.
Identifying Growth Opportunities: You will look beyond the immediate task to find ways to evolve and monetize existing solutions. You will help design new offerings that drive value for our customers.
Reporting Progress: You will keep Solution Architects and customer project managers informed of your progress. You will communicate clearly and consistently.
Supporting Global Operations: You will support both offshore and onsite activities depending on customer location. You will also provide support across different time zones, including night production activities when necessary.
Driving Your Own Growth: You will take charge of your professional development, learning new solution areas and pursuing relevant certifications.

Qualification and Experience

You bring deep technical knowledge and a problem solving mindset. You understand that integration is not just about connecting systems. It is about creating seamless experiences for end users.

To excel in this role, you will bring:

Strong Educational Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required. A Master’s degree or equivalent experience gives you an advantage.
Relevant Experience: You have five to ten years of relevant experience, including active involvement in customer governance.
Cloud Deployment Expertise: You have hands on experience deploying products in public cloud environments. You are highly proficient in Kubernetes and Docker based deployments.
Operating System Mastery: You have solid experience with Linux and UNIX environments, including shell scripting and TCP/IP networking.
Technical Breadth: You possess knowledge of technologies such as DIAMETER, SMPP, HTTP, Oracle, MySQL, XML APIs, clustering, IP networking, and client server architectures.
Ericsson Experience: Experience with Ericsson systems like the Wallet Platform, Charging Systems, or CAMEL is a strong advantage. Similar fintech platform experience also works.
Testing Rigor: You can prepare Test Object Lists and execute structured testing activities with precision.
Willingness to Travel: You are flexible and willing to travel extensively based on business requirements.
Self Driven Mindset: You take initiative, learn quickly, and stay focused on tasks. You work well independently and as part of a team.
Market Insight: You understand market and technology trends within fintech and can translate them into practical business opportunities.
Accountability and Adaptability: You manage your time effectively across a broad scope of responsibilities. You thrive in dynamic, complex, and sometimes uncertain environments.
Language Proficiency: You have advanced English skills, at least C1 level.
