It will be from the postings that successful applicants will know that they have been posted to say Krachi, Dambai or Techiman. All over Ghana, except that when we placed the advert, we indicated that Greater Accra, Ashanti and Eastern regions were exempted. Those regions are chocked. So to a large extent, successful applicants will be posted to the regions they chose when applying for the job.”
The local government service have for some time been battling with their date targets with regards to this recruitment. It will be recalled when a group calling itself the Coalition of Local Government Job Applicants became furious with the recruitment process. They wondered why it would have to take six months to complete a recruitment process of less than three thousand.
