Responsibilities

Lead the planning, design, and delivery of large-scale transportation infrastructure projects
Provide technical oversight and expert guidance to project teams and clients
Manage project budgets, schedules, and overall financial performance
Develop and maintain strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities
Drive business development efforts, including proposals, networking, and strategic growth initiatives
Mentor and develop engineers and project staff, building a high-performance team culture
Represent the firm at industry conferences, professional organizations, and client meetings
Ensure high standards of quality, safety, and sustainability across all projects

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
12+ years of progressive engineering experience, including leadership on major transportation projects
A Professional Engineer (PE) license is required
Proven experience managing complex, high-profile infrastructure projects
Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills
Demonstrated ability in business development, client management, and strategic planning
Solid financial and project management skills
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background and driving record checks
