Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, design, and delivery of large-scale transportation infrastructure projects
  • Provide technical oversight and expert guidance to project teams and clients
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and overall financial performance
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities
  • Drive business development efforts, including proposals, networking, and strategic growth initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • 12+ years of progressive engineering experience, including leadership on major transportation projects
  • A Professional Engineer (PE) license is required

  • Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability in business development, client management, and strategic planning
  • Solid financial and project management skills
