TOPEKA FAMLY SEEKS NANNY FOR INFANT WITH SALARY OF $30 an hour
Full Job Description:
Lovely first-time parents in TOPEKA, KS (LOCAL CANDIDATES PREFERRED) are looking for a FULL-TIME NANNY for their baby, who is due in the middle of February. In the beginning, the baby will be between two and three months old. The working hours are 8 am to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.
They want a professional nanny with experience caring for newborns and infants who can take care of their child in every way. Other jobs include doing the baby’s laundry and basic cleaning. They have a nice Golden Retriever (they don’t have dog allergies!) that doesn’t need much care besides being let out of the house every once in a while.
Also, they like to take long weekend trips to Colorado and sometimes to Mexico, and they would like a nanny who is willing to go with them sometimes. The best candidate knows how to care for babies and understands how they grow and change. People who have taught or worked with young children in the past are preferred. Being bilingual is a plus! Among the benefits are paid sick days, holidays, and time off. Hourly pay is $25 to $30. May 2023 is the start date.
Qualifications:
- BA or BS from a college or university, or an AA in a related field.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid (renew as needed)
- Unless you are applying for a temporary job, you must be able to commit for a year.
- A strong desire to work with children
- Two or more years of working with kids
- Good work and personal recommendations
- U.S. driver’s license (this does not apply to NYC residents)
- Join Stop the Silence and go through the training.
- Being fluent in English or being able to speak more than one language is a plus.
- Able to swim well
- Non-smoker
- Willing to go through a thorough check of their background
- If you live in CA, you must be Live-Scanned and registered with Trustline.
- Willingness to show proof of being vaccinated
- Guaranteed not to use a cell phone while driving
- Must be allowed to work in the United States
Targeted Annual Gross Pay (Min): USD $25.00/Hr. Gross annual salary (max): USD $30 per hour. There are 40 hours in a week.
