POSITION: GENERAL MANAGER FOR LOUNGE & Airbnb
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Hire, train, supervise, direct, coach, counsel, and evaluate staff in the bar and lounge.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to provide clear direction to the staff.
- Assign and instruct bar and lounge staff in details of work.
- Observe performance and encourage improvement where necessary.
- Overseeing the daily operations of a business segment, department, or stand-alone retail location.
- Ensure strategic goals are met by setting operational policies, creating and maintaining budgets, managing employees, and more.
- Identify areas or opportunities for improvement across the organization
- Cultivate and manage healthy relationships with strategic local service providers and contractors, such as technicians (handymen, plumbers, electricians), cleaning companies, housekeepers, and any other party that is necessary for day-to-day operations
- Oversee the creation and execution of recurring/scheduled maintenance plans
- Maintain compliance with local and state laws, including quality standards, standard operating procedures (including watching out for parties), and labor laws
- Oversee inventory and demand forecasting (track levels of inventory, forecast consumption, and replenish stock levels)
REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATION
- Experience as a Restaurant General Manager.
- Experience in customer service management.
- Experience in managing hotels, Airbnb, or similar roles.
- Computer Literacy.
