Key Responsibilities
- To design and develop domestic, commercial, and industrial kitchen drawings, layout,2D and 3D projection.
- Perform highly diversified duties and coordinate all maintenance activities and do daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports on the operations of the department.
- To receive customers’ requests and schedule the appropriate technician responsible for the task.
- To be responsible for all customers breaking down equipment at the workshop and keeping technical data of the equipment.
- Catalogue both pictures and videos of maintenance installation, repairs, servicing activities on-site and at the workshop.
- Plan regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities, in-company workshop, on customers’ premises, and on project sites as determined by the company’s need.
- Coordinate the maintenance team to comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
- Follow laid down procedures as per the company’s process & workflow chats.
- Provide daily reports to admin officer on all maintenance activities carried out in the day.
- Perform any other task from time to time as required by management.
