POSITION: Sales Executive Officer
Job Summary:
We welcome applications for a sales role in a vibrant and youthful company; this role is ideal for motivated people who are keen to support our business expansion. Candidates of all genders are encouraged to apply.
Note: Preference will be granted to candidates who have customer data and demonstrated experience in pharmacy, beauty, and cosmetics with verified sales achievements.
Primary Duties:
- Preserve and support current client connections
- Find potential clients and increase market presence
- Establish and maintain relationships with important decision-makers
- Oversee a dynamic sales pipeline to optimize income production.
- Provide weekly and monthly updates on progress to management
Establishing sales targets and creating sales plans.
- Investigating potential clients and creating opportunities.
- Reaching out to prospective and current clients via phone, email, and face-to-face.
- Managing customer queries, requests, and grievances.
- Drafting and delivering estimates and offers.
- Overseeing the sales process using designated software applications.
- Creating and managing a CRM database.
- Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Joining sales team meetings.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Certificate
- Duration of Experience: 2 years
Qualifications for Candidates:
- Outstanding English communication abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Laid-back and sociable individual,
- Focused on outcomes, extremely ambitious, and spurred by performance rewards (commission available)
- Proven capability to connect with major decision-makers.
- Readiness to travel across Ghana as required
- Preference for residency in Accra and Kumasi
- A valid driver’s license is necessary.
- Having a personal vehicle is necessary.
- Able to function autonomously
