You will report directly to the Senior Marketing Analyst within our Business Intelligence department, while working closely with the Marketing team as your primary partners.
Your Core Responsibilities
- Conduct In-Depth Data Analysis: Investigate marketing datasets to uncover valuable insights. Using SQL, you will extract and analyze information to identify trends, spot anomalies, and reveal clear opportunities for campaign and channel optimization.
- Master Data Storytelling: Clearly articulate and summarize key findings for non-technical stakeholders. Your ability to translate numbers into compelling narratives is crucial.
- Manage Attribution Models: Navigate the value and discrepancies between different ad platform attribution models to provide a clear view of marketing performance.
- Oversee App and Web Tracking: Monitor user behavior analytics via mobile measurement partners such as Appsflyer and Firebase. You will also diagnose tracking issues, collaborating with Martech, BI, and Developer teams to ensure flawless data accuracy.
- Develop Reporting and Visualization: Build informative dashboards and regular reports using tools like Metabase, Looker Studio, and Mixpanel. These resources will effectively communicate insights across the company.
- Track Marketing Metrics: Analyze and monitor essential marketing KPIs, including Lifetime Value, Value to Date, Cost Per Acquisition, Cost Per Click, and Return on Investment.
Required Skills and Experience
- Ideal candidates will possess hands-on SQL experience for data analysis. Additionally, you must have a background in marketing analytics, including collaboration with technical teams like Martech and BI.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of marketing metrics and a proven ability to generate actionable insights.
- Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills for all audiences.
- Show hands on experience in creating reports and dashboards with data visualization tools.
- Express familiarity with Marketing A/B testing, statistical models, and budget forecasting.
- Have practical experience with web and app tracking tools, including mobile measurement partners like Appsflyer.
- Possess strong analytical thinking and problem solving capabilities.
- Product Analytics skills are a significant advantage for this role.
