Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans
Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes
Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation and patient records
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Ensure all required physician orders and care plans are obtained and kept up to date

Requirements

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
