  • Oversee the technical operations of the laboratory’s microtomy and staining sections.
  • Supervise all healthcare scientists and ensure that standard operating procedures and standards are followed.

  • To ensure high-quality embedding, sectioning, cutting, and staining of routine, cutaneous, and biopsy specimens.
  • Assist in establishing and maintaining clinical pathology accreditation and excellent laboratory practice.
  • Responsible for evaluating and adhering to standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and that current maintenance documents are available.
  • Substitute for the SBMS head in immunohistochemistry as instructed by the head BMS.

Qualifications:
