POSITION: Marketing Executive

Job Description

Sahara Group is a dynamic leader in the real estate and construction sector, dedicated to delivering innovative property solutions and transformative developments. We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team in Accra. This role is central to achieving our business growth objectives through targeted marketing campaigns, brand elevation, and data-driven lead generation.

As a Marketing Executive, you will craft and execute holistic marketing strategies that span digital, traditional, and on-site channels. Your expertise will directly influence project visibility, customer engagement, and sales performance in Ghana’s competitive construction and property market.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Campaign Execution:

Develop and implement integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns to achieve defined monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
Conduct in-depth market research on pricing trends, buyer behavior, and competitor activities to inform product positioning and launch strategies.
Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including digital assets, print materials, and on-site branding.

Digital and Content Leadership:

Manage all digital platforms, including the company website, social media channels, email marketing, and online advertising.
Drive SEO, SEM, and content marketing initiatives to boost online visibility and organic reach.
Create compelling content for websites, brochures, presentations, and media releases.
Oversee offline marketing efforts such as billboards, events, property exhibitions, and PR activities.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess effectiveness and ROI.
Prepare detailed weekly and monthly dashboards reporting on lead flow, campaign results, and sales impact.
Provide actionable insights to guide marketing strategy adjustments and business decisions.

Stakeholder and Agency Coordination:

Collaborate with creative agencies, designers, and media houses for high-quality campaign execution.
Coordinate cross-functionally with sales and project teams to ensure marketing alignment with business goals.

Your Profile and Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of five years of professional marketing experience, preferably within real estate, construction, or property development.
Proven track record of executing successful digital marketing campaigns with measurable results.
Professional certification in Digital Marketing is highly desirable.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous marketing projects, campaigns, and performance metrics.

Required Skills and Competencies:

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
Strong understanding of Ghana’s real estate and construction market dynamics.
Creative thinking paired with strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to adapt quickly, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
