A microfinance company in Accra seeks to employ qualified persons for the following vacant positions:
1. Credit Manager – Duties
- Lead and ensure proper loan processing
- Initiate measures that will enhance loan performance
- Plan and implement measures to ensure loan portfolio quality
- Lead in loan recovery
- Prepare reports to the managing director
2. Internal Auditor – Duties
- Audit relevant internal books Ensure compliance with internal controls
- Initiate measures that will enhance internal controls and compliance Prepare report to appropriate sub-committee of the Board
Education and Experience
Minimum education of first degree and 2 years of work experience at a similar post could professional qualification will be an advantage.
