Job Duties

Serve as the primary client contact for public works projects across the Las Vegas region.
Manage project scope, schedules, and budgets across multiple infrastructure projects simultaneously.
Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient project delivery and collaboration.
Deliver high-quality infrastructure projects for city, county, and state government agencies.
Support business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and strengthening client relationships.
Collaborate with leadership teams to expand market presence and secure additional project backlog.
Mentor junior staff while contributing to overall team development and performance improvement.
Ensure all projects meet quality standards, compliance requirements, and risk management expectations.

Job Requirements

Possess a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an accredited and recognized institution.
A valid Professional Engineer license required for public works project management roles.
Demonstrate at least eight years of experience in public works or infrastructure-related projects.
Exhibit strong leadership and project management skills within engineering environments.
Show proven ability to manage client relationships and act as a primary project interface.
Demonstrate proficiency in tools such as Civil 3D, Bluebeam, and Adobe Acrobat software.
