EPG is looking for a highly motivated and capable candidates to join its small but growing team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the conceptualisation, design and management of EPG’s projects alongside locally based team members, including identifying new opportunities, formulating and overseeing education sector analyses and policy development in countries; developing and managing relationships with government partners; designing and implementing programmes; building in monitoring, feedback and evaluation mechanisms; preparing and managing budgets; liaising with funding partners; and ensuring effective programme oversight.

This role is flexible in where it is based (Nairobi or Accra) and includes significant international travel (indicatively 35% time)
ABOUT YOU:
* Knowledge and/or experience in the role of non-state actors in the provision of basic services
* Experience working on programmes aimed at strengthening accountability in school systems
* French language capabilities
* Formal training in microeconomics
