A judgment is rendered on 90% of non-settlement visa requests made from outside the UK within a period of 3 weeks, 98% within 6 weeks, and 100% within 12.
Settlement Visa Applications
98.5% of settlement visa decisions for applications submitted outside of the UK are rendered within 12 weeks, and 100% within 24 weeks of the application date.
Leave to Remain Applications
Applications for leave-to-remain made by employees, students, and spouses from within the UK process in 8 weeks.
Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) Applications
The processing time for applications for indefinite permission to remain (ILR) made from within the United Kingdom is six months.
No Time Limit (NTL) Applications
While companies interested in sponsoring a worker must wait 8 weeks, no time restriction applications received from within the UK also processed in 6 months. Finally, organizations must wait 18 weeks before updating the information on their sponsor license.
