Job Duties

Provide clinical and technical support for electrophysiology mapping and cardiac navigation systems.
Train physicians, nurses, and hospital staff on proper use of Medtronic CAS products.
Promote safe and effective use of cardiac mapping technologies in clinical environments.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers and hospital teams.
Collaborate with account managers and regional teams to identify business opportunities.
Support customer training sessions for mapping systems and cardiac ablation solutions.
Act as a technical expert and regional representative for Medtronic clinical solutions.
Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
Travel within assigned territories to support hospitals and healthcare facilities directly.
Ensure consistent product education and technical support across clinical settings.

Job Requirements

High school diploma with ten years of cardiac mapping experience or related field required.
Associate degree with eight years of relevant electrophysiology experience also acceptable.
Bachelor’s degree with six years of cardiac mapping or clinical support experience required.
Degree in nursing, cardiovascular science, or life sciences strongly preferred for candidates.
Strong experience in electrophysiology labs, hospital environments, or cardiac catheter procedures required.
Ability to deliver technical training and clinical education to healthcare professionals effectively.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills for working with clinical and sales teams.
Willingness to travel frequently within assigned regions and work flexible schedules required.
Valid driver’s license and ability to meet physical job requirements are essential.
