Job Overview

As a Fault Resolution Coordinator, you will monitor reported service issues from initial reporting through confirmed resolution. You will collaborate with technical and customer service teams to maintain service level agreements while documenting resolution processes. This position demands both systematic tracking capabilities and effective cross-functional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Fault Tracking & Resolution Management

Monitor all reported faults through the complete resolution lifecycle
Maintain accurate records of fault reports, follow-up actions, and resolution timelines
Ensure timely fault closure in accordance with established service standards
Escalate recurring or unresolved issues to appropriate stakeholders

Stakeholder Coordination & Communication

Facilitate clear communication between technical and customer service teams

Qualifications and Experience
