Your Mission: Secure Bulk Buyers in Construction

You will identify and secure bulk buyers for our products within the construction industry. Your focus will center on construction companies, developers, contractors, hardware shops, and distributors. Your ability to generate leads, persuade decision makers, and close large orders will determine your success. Additionally, you will negotiate prepaid supply contracts that benefit both the buyer and Octalo Company Limited.

Key Responsibilities

Your role spans prospecting, client visits, negotiation, and closing. Here is what you will tackle:

Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • You will find construction companies, developers, and contractors who need bulk supplies.
  • Visiting hardware shops and distributors expands your network and uncovers new opportunities.

Client Engagement & Field Sales

  • You will visit clients in the field, building relationships face to face. This is not desk bound work.
  • Generating and closing bulk purchase orders requires persistence, persuasion, and follow through.

Negotiation & Contracting

  • You will negotiate and secure prepaid supply contracts that lock in revenue for Octalo Company Limited.
  • Closing just one big deal earns you GHS 8,000 commission on top of your base salary.
