POSITION: Project Manager
About the job
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all construction and other projects with the support of Site Project Managers
- Determine resources needed for each project with attention to an approved budget
- Direct all disciplinary teams
- Report on the progress of work to Management and Consultants
- Lead tender processes
- Obtain permits and licenses from all appropriate authorities
- Provide technical advice on projects
- Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
- Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
- Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
- Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
Qualification/Skills
- Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying or related discipline
- Member of a Professional Body.
- Minimum Fifteen (15) years working experience
- Project Management Professional or equivalent certification
- Team player with leadership abilities
- Must be very assertive, thorough, attention to detail, and can think through
processes - Must have organizational and time management skills
- Project and budget management skills
Job Location
The office is located at East Legon and project sites across the country
