Position Overview

As our IT Officer, you will take ownership of our computer systems, networks, and software applications. You will work diligently to ensure smooth technology operations across the organization. Key Responsibilities

Network Infrastructure: Manage and monitor all network components, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs. You will ensure reliable and secure connectivity.
Policy Implementation: Enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards throughout the organization. Compliance and security depend on consistent application.
Technology Evaluation: Assess and recommend new technologies, tools, and solutions that can improve efficiency and productivity. You will help guide our technology investments.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to understand their IT needs and requirements. Your insights will shape technology decisions.
Project Execution: Plan and implement IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new installations. You will manage these initiatives from start to finish.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
Experience: Proven track record in IT support or administration roles. You should demonstrate hands on experience with diverse technology environments.

Technical Knowledge and Skills

Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and network systems.
Proficiency with operating systems, including Windows and Linux environments.
Familiarity with U8 Cloud ERP software is essential for this role.
Working knowledge of network protocols, security principles, and industry best practices.
Experience with network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
Understanding of data backup solutions and antivirus protection methods.
