POSITION: Senior Account Manager
Summary
As the Senior Account Manager, you will manage significant client accounts, build great connections, and drive business growth and success.
Job Description:
- Act as the primary contact for allocated client accounts, fostering excellent relationships with key stakeholders.
- Create and implement effective digital marketing strategies based on customers’ business objectives, obstacles, and industry trends.
- Manage cross-functional teams to implement digital marketing initiatives across several channels, such as SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Manage client accounts, including project management, campaign optimization, performance tracking, and reporting.
- Work with internal teams (creative, sales, strategy, digital, and technical) to guarantee successful client project execution and delivery.
- Offer customers strategic advice and recommendations on digital marketing initiatives, including campaign ideas, budget allocations, and performance improvement opportunities.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to uncover new opportunities for clients and promote continual innovation and improvement.
- Serve as a mentor and leader for junior account management team members, offering support and training as needed.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure information is accurate, clear, and aligned with project objectives and client expectations.
Requirements
- Required hard skills include a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a similar subject.
- 3 years of expertise in digital marketing, mostly focused on account management and client services.
- Proven success in managing digital marketing programs and delivering measurable outcomes for clients.
- Expertise in digital marketing platforms and tools, such as Google Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Zoho.
- Soft talents include strong communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrates strong leadership and team management abilities, inspiring and motivating team members to achieve excellence.
- Demonstrates strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, prioritizing client outcomes and value.
- Able to flourish in a fast-paced, dynamic atmosphere.
- Focused on providing great customer service and creating long-term partnerships.
