Job Title: Head of Sales, Strategy & Partnerships

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Strategy & Client Engagement:

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and prospective clients across industries.
  • Analyze client digital footprints to develop tailored content and marketing solutions that deliver measurable results.
  • Lead high-impact pitches and presentations that secure long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Consistently surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive business development.

Team Leadership & Sales Operations:

  • Mentor, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective performance goals.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline through weekly CRM audits, ensuring accuracy and forecasting precision.
  • Manage inbound lead distribution and track conversion performance across the team.
  • Refine client proposals and ensure adherence to established sales processes and standards.
  • Lead the onboarding and continuous training programs for new sales team members.

Market Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Represent Pulse at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor evolving industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing tools.
  • Foster seamless internal collaboration with account management, content, and creative teams.
  • Champion a culture of transparency, accountability, and cross-functional synergy.

Your Profile and Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in business development or sales leadership, preferably within media, marketing, or B2B services.
  • Documented history of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, content solutions, and audience engagement metrics.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Professional certification from CIMG or a similar institution is highly advantageous.
