POSITION: New Business Executive

Key Responsibilities
Your role will encompass a comprehensive range of strategic and operational duties:
- Exceed assigned sales and revenue targets through persuasive client engagement and skilled negotiation.
- Develop and deliver compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations that secure new business.
- Negotiate and finalize complex commercial agreements while maintaining profitability and strategic alignment.
- Partner with the Marketing Communications team to design and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
- Represent LMI Holdings at industry conferences, networking forums, and trade exhibitions to elevate brand presence.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify client needs, monitor competitor activity, and uncover emerging trends.
- Prepare detailed market intelligence reports that guide leadership in strategic decision-making.
- Build and nurture a strong professional network to ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads and referrals.
- Execute additional responsibilities as directed by your Line Manager or Managing Director.
Your Profile and Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of seven years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or a related function.
- Documented success in achieving revenue targets and closing high-value deals.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and competitive analysis.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in building and maintaining productive business relationships.
