POSITION: NETWORK TERRITORY MANAGER
Background and Surroundings
Functions amidst a highly competitive market comprising over 140 OMCs. VIVO and Goil are two primary competitors.
Tasks
- Oversees the Dealers and informs the Area Manager. Guarantees that established goals for Safety, Volumes, and Credit are achieved. Reach DSO of 7DAYS.
- In partnership with the Engineering and Logistics Department, guarantee consistent and ongoing product availability at the station at all times. Immediately reports any product shortages, losses, defective equipment, or unsafe operating conditions at the station for quick resolution. Document maintenance concerns related to all devices at the station.
- Supervise and support dealers to guarantee that established goals are achieved and surpassed. Guarantee consistent and precise reporting of daily sales to the company.
- Guarantee the timely creation of each month of stations [a] Sales Report [b] Stock management [c] Risk Evaluation [d] Appearance Assessment. Prepare a profit and loss statement for the dealers, such as TEMPO.
- Make sure to reconcile Dealer and customer accounts every month. Ensure SAP statements are verified and signed each month. Notify immediately to address any competitor actions in the vicinity.
- Enhance the retail, culinary, and service functions in the region. Activate the Station to guarantee continuous selling.
- Inspire dealers and their teams to reach appropriate safety standards and an exceptional service culture.
Candidates Profile
- A strong first degree (at least 2nd Class Upper) is preferred in Economics, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.
- Digitally savvy. Has strong interpersonal skills, communication abilities, and analytical capabilities.
