Role Overview

In this position, you will work closely with dealers, shop attendants, and internal teams to improve shop turnover and maintain operational excellence. At the same time, you will ensure that all food related activities meet hygiene regulations and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Your daily activities will revolve around improving shop operations, sales, and compliance:

Food Safety and Hygiene Control

Implement hygiene standards in line with HACCP principles
Monitor food safety practices and identify potential risks
Train station staff regularly on hygiene and safety procedures
Track customer feedback and resolve hygiene related complaints quickly
Ensure full compliance during internal and external audits

Shop Performance and Sales Growth

Develop practical action plans to increase shop revenue
Create promotional calendars with suppliers to drive sales
Conduct regular site visits to monitor shop activities and performance
Train dealers and attendants on merchandising and EPOS usage
Support initiatives that improve customer experience and increase spending

Performance Analysis and Reporting

Carry out monthly profit and loss analysis for each shop
Review sales data and identify areas for improvement
Set and maintain margin benchmarks to stay competitive
Analyze sales trends to maintain optimal stock levels
Provide recommendations that improve profitability across assigned locations

Merchandising and Layout Planning

Evaluate product categories to understand their contribution to revenue
Recommend product assortments that match customer demand
Design and implement planograms for better product placement
Ensure all shops follow the required retail layout standards

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates who want to succeed in this role should meet the following criteria:

A degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Proven ability to manage tasks and coordinate with different stakeholders

In addition, candidates with prior experience in retail operations or sales analysis will stand out.
