Role Overview

As a Production Operator at Nexans, you will be a crucial part of our shop floor operations. You will work with state-of-the-art machinery and processes to manufacture high-quality cable products that meet rigorous industry standards. Key Responsibilities

In this hands-on role, your duties will include:

Operating and monitoring production machinery to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes.
Performing quality checks on products at various stages of production to maintain our high standards.
Following detailed standard operating procedures and safety protocols without exception.
Collaborating effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production goals.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace in line with 5S principles.
Assisting with basic troubleshooting and reporting any equipment issues promptly.
Accurately completing production and quality control documentation.

Your Profile and Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

A minimum of an EET/MET Certificate I, II, or III.
One to two years of experience in a manufacturing or shop floor environment.
Strong ability to write and speak in English for clear workplace communication.
Must be between 20 and 35 years of age.
