POSITION: Head of General Services 

Eni Ghana Exploration & Production Ltd., a key subsidiary of the global energy leader Eni, is seeking a Head of General Services for its operations in Accra. This senior role is central to planning, coordinating, and supervising the provision of reliable transportation, accommodation, and asset management services. You will ensure all logistical and administrative support aligns with company policies and meets the needs of our employees, thereby enabling operational excellence.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

You will oversee a broad portfolio of services critical to daily operations and staff welfare.

  • Supervise and evaluate the performance of all service contractors to guarantee delivery as per contractual specifications.
  • Oversee the certification of contractor invoices to facilitate accurate and timely payments for services rendered.
  • Ensure staff on mission and Eni Ghana employees receive reliable transportation, professional meet and greet services, and suitable lodging in full compliance with company policies.
  • Guarantee that employees are supplied with appropriate office and household furnishings and equipment according to their company grade.
  • Ensure all office and household equipment is properly maintained and serviced to uphold functionality and longevity.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Candidates must possess a University degree in Engineering and be fluent in both spoken and written English.
  • Have extensive professional experience within the Oil and Gas industry, specifically in General Services, Logistics, and significant overseas postings.
  • Combine a strong technical background with proven ability to plan, coordinate, and manage diverse administrative services.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of corporate organizational structures, administrative policies, and operational procedures.
  • Demonstrate experience in conducting comparative economic evaluations for services and contracts.
  • Exhibit strong skills in cost analysis, control, estimating, purchase pricing, and departmental budgeting.
