POSITION: Sales Manager Consultant
A new consulting opportunity has opened for experienced commercial professionals who understand the oils and fats market and want to drive regional growth. Bunge continues to expand its footprint by connecting agricultural producers to global consumers through high quality food, feed, and fuel solutions. Now, the company seeks a Sales Manager Consultant to accelerate its specialty fats business across North Africa.
This role focuses on three key markets, namely Algeria, Morocco, and Tunisia. Therefore, the ideal candidate must understand regional dynamics while delivering strong commercial results. In addition, the position reports directly to the Sales Director and plays a central role in shaping market expansion.
Role Overview
At its core, this consulting role revolves around business growth and market leadership. You will introduce products, build relationships, and position the company as a trusted supplier. Furthermore, you will take ownership of strategy execution while ensuring consistent performance across all assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will actively drive commercial success through several important functions:
- Identify new business opportunities and engage potential clients through consistent outreach and meetings
- Build strong relationships with customers while promoting tailored product solutions
- Strengthen brand positioning by leveraging the company’s product portfolio and market reputation
- Meet regularly with both new and existing clients to understand their specific needs and generate revenue opportunities
- Work closely with internal teams such as technical support, customer service, and finance to deliver seamless service
- Coordinate with distributors and agents to execute marketing and sales strategies effectively
- Provide competitive pricing while ensuring timely delivery of product samples for evaluation
- Develop and implement annual sales plans and budgets for the region
- Track performance through detailed reporting and participate in regular strategy discussions
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM tools to support pipeline growth
- Handle administrative processes related to accounts, compliance, and payment terms
