POSITION: Service Advisor

Your Mission

You will serve as the primary point of contact between customers and our workshop. Your role starts with understanding customer concerns and ends with a smooth, transparent vehicle delivery. In between, you will coordinate with technicians, manage repair timelines, communicate quotations clearly, handle invoicing, and maintain accurate service records. Your ability to listen, translate, and follow through will directly impact customer satisfaction and workshop efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Communication

  • You will deliver excellent customer service, managing client relationships with professionalism and empathy.

Workshop Coordination

Administration & Financial Handling

  • You will handle invoicing, payments, and maintain accurate service records, ensuring financial clarity for every transaction.
  • Using database and CRM systems to manage customer and vehicle information keeps our records organized and accessible.
  • Working with inventory management systems to confirm parts availability and support ordering processes prevents delays.

What You Bring to the Role

We are looking for a candidate with the right experience, knowledge, and technical skills. Here is what you need:

Experience & Knowledge

  • Proven experience in customer service, front desk operations, or service advisory roles. Automotive experience gives you a distinct advantage.
  • Proven knowledge of basic automotive systems and repair processes, enabling you to speak credibly with both customers and technicians.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools such as Google Workspace.
  • Ability to use database, CRM, and inventory management systems effectively.
  • A valid driver’s licence is mandatory, as you may need to move vehicles within the workshop or understand driving related concerns.
