Responsibilities

Prepare and submit home, investment, commercial, and personal loan applications
Manage loan files from application through to settlement
Liaise with lenders, clients, solicitors, and other key stakeholders
Assess clients’ financial positions, goals, and borrowing capacity
Present tailored and compliant finance solutions to clients
Structure and recommend appropriate loan products and combinations
Provide life and income protection insurance advice
Conduct client needs analysis and manage insurance applications
Ensure compliance with NCCP, ASIC, and all regulatory requirements

Requirements

Experience in mortgage broking, finance broking, or loan writing (preferred)
Insurance advisory experience (preferred but not mandatory)
Strong knowledge of Australian lending policies and compliance frameworks
Excellent communication, client engagement, and organisational skills
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple applications
Self-motivated, professional, and client-focused approach
MFAA or FBAA accreditation and RG146 (desirable or willingness to obtain)
