About You and the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Fulfillment Operations Professional to join our team in Sefwi Wiawso, Western North Region. In this crucial role, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring a robust supply chain for health commodities. Your work will directly enable health facilities to provide the best possible care to their patients. What You’ll Do

As a key member of our fulfillment team, you will ensure the safe, reliable, and swift delivery of blood products, medical supplies, and animal health products to healthcare facilities. Your responsibilities will include:
Customer Service and Order Fulfillment: You will serve as the first point of contact for customer orders, guaranteeing a high-quality and excellent experience from request to delivery.
Inventory and Warehouse Management: You will organize and manage supplies and equipment with precision, implementing strong procedures to support our scaling operations.
Product Handling: You will meticulously prepare and manage packages for drone delivery, ensuring both the quality and speed of every shipment to hospitals and clinics.
Process and Safety Compliance: You will collaborate with the team to perform daily quality control checks and uphold the highest standards of safety and regulation at our distribution center.

What You’ll Bring

Essential Qualifications:

A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a Science-related field, preferably in Pharmacy.
Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
At least one year of practical experience in a laboratory, manufacturing plant, hospital, or clinical setting.
A passionate commitment to perfection in every aspect of the supply chain and order processing.
A proactive mindset with excellent organizational skills and sharp attention to detail.
A customer-obsessed approach, dedicated to exceeding delivery quality expectations.
An upbeat, positive attitude and a collaborative spirit focused on team success.
Eligibility to work in Ghana.

Additional Requirements:

Willingness and ability to work nights, weekends, and a 48-hour work week.
Flexibility to relocate to any of our distribution centers as needed.
Comfort with regular customer communication to process requests and provide support.
