Role Overview

As Fulfillment Manager, you will oversee comprehensive platform operations while ensuring efficient resource allocation and exceptional service delivery. You will develop performance strategies, maintain compliance standards, and strengthen partner relationships to support business expansion. This position offers significant impact on operational scalability and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage platform and fulfillment operations across designated regions
Develop and implement performance improvement programs for riders and partners
Create and update standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency
Enforce strict compliance with KPIs, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
Allocate bikes and riders to hubs based on real-time demand patterns
Monitor operational metrics and implement data-driven improvements
Supervise fulfillment teams to ensure seamless coordination
Optimize resource utilization to maximize operational effectiveness
Track revenue performance and lead growth initiatives
Serve as primary liaison for SME partners to ensure service excellence
Develop strategies to enhance partner satisfaction and retention
Identify expansion opportunities within existing operational regions

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 4 years of experience in operations or fulfillment leadership
Proven track record in logistics or delivery partner management
Experience working with small and medium enterprises (SMEs)
Strong analytical capabilities with data interpretation skills
Excellent leadership and team management abilities
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
