Job Title: Sales Representative/Business Development Manager

Your Mission: Open Doors, Close Deals, Build Partnerships
As the Sales Representative/Business Development Manager, you will not just wait for the phone to ring. Instead, you will hit the ground running. - Find the Distributors: You will identify, approach, and develop new distributors across the region. You will build a network that extends Lesso’s reach.
- Manage Key Accounts: You will nurture relationships with existing customers. Consequently, you will ensure they stay satisfied and continue to choose Lesso.
- Drive Sales Growth: You will aggressively pursue new business opportunities. You will meet and exceed your sales targets consistently.
- Generate Leads: You will prospect daily. Whether through cold calling, networking, or market research, you will keep the pipeline full.
- Present with Power: You will prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations. You will show clients why Lesso products are the right choice for their projects.

The Ideal Candidate: Skills and Experience

Your Qualifications:
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Construction, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Sales Experience: You have proven abilities in Business Development, Sales, and Account Management. You have been in the field and you know how to close.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with construction materials, solar energy, or related industries will give you a massive head start. You understand what contractors need.
- Technical Skills: You possess strong skills in Microsoft Office. You can prepare quotes, build presentations, and analyze data.
- Analytical Mind: You can conduct market research and prepare accurate quotations for customers. You do not guess; you calculate.
- Negotiation Skills: You have experience in negotiation and you know how to find a win-win.
- Independence: You can work alone while staying focused on targets and deadlines. You do not need constant hand-holding.
