POSITION: Senior Market Research Executive

We are seeking a proactive and intellectually curious Senior Market Research Executive to join our team in Accra. This role places you at the heart of client relationships, where you will translate complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions.

Role Purpose

As a key point of contact for assigned clients, you will manage data requests and project briefs from initiation to delivery. Your mission is to provide timely, accurate, and insightful analysis while identifying new opportunities to grow our partnership and deliver exceptional value.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship & Account Management:

Serve as the primary contact for a dedicated area of the client’s business, managing all data requests and attending on-site meetings.
Build trusted relationships through responsive, high-quality service and proactive communication.
Understand the competitive landscape of market intelligence to position WorldPanel’s unique value effectively.
Identify and act on opportunities to introduce additional Kantar services and capabilities.

Analysis, Insight & Delivery:

Manage the full lifecycle of client briefs—designing methodology, conducting analysis, and delivering insightful recommendations.
Produce and interpret key analyses (e.g., Big 6), identifying patterns and providing strategic recommendations.
Confidently use advanced analytics platforms like Powerview to uncover deeper insights.
Apply the ESI (Explanatory, Storytelling, Impactful) insight principles to add context and depth to your findings.

Service Development & Team Contribution:

Uphold high standards by reviewing regular reports for accuracy and relevance.
Share efficient working methods and collaborate with team members to improve collective output.
Actively participate in training and performance management to continuously develop your skills.
Demonstrate a commitment to learning by staying informed about client categories, trade news, and market trends.
