Role Overview
As an Operations Manager I, you will guide a group of Team Leaders to achieve key service level agreements and financial targets. Your leadership will directly impact operational efficiency, employee engagement, and client satisfaction. This position demands full flexibility to support our 24/7 operation, including day and night shifts across the entire week.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Management & Coaching
- Directly supervise and mentor a team of Team Leaders, conducting regular one-on-one sessions
- Develop actionable performance improvement plans to maximize team effectiveness
- Provide continuous developmental coaching and constructive feedback
- Monitor attendance adherence, performance metrics, and client scorecards
Operational Excellence
- Analyze service level agreements and implement targeted improvement strategies
- Maximize revenue generation through accurate forecasting and budget management
- Review operational reports to identify trends and implement corrective actions
- Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with client partners
Business Strategy & Development
- Participate in cross-functional meetings with HR, Quality, Training, and Workforce Management
- Implement industry best practices to consistently exceed client expectations
- Attend client business reviews and represent Concentrix professionally
- Evaluate staffing requirements and adjust resources to meet evolving needs
Employee Engagement
- Foster a positive work environment through effective employee engagement initiatives
- Resolve employee relations matters promptly and professionally
- Promote consistent application of company policies and procedures
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and high performance
Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree in a related field
- 7+ years of professional experience with 2+ years in progressive management roles
- Demonstrated ability to analyze processes and implement improvement strategies
- Strong coaching capabilities with experience in developing team members
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work fully flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
- Contact center or customer service management experience
- Proven success in managing team performance and development
- Experience with workforce management and performance metrics
