POSITION: Branch Manager

Job Purpose and Core Mission
The Branch Manager will provide strategic direction to achieve branch financial objectives and elevate customer satisfaction. Your core mission involves driving business development, ensuring operational excellence, and cultivating a positive, high-performance environment for both staff and clients.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
You will oversee all aspects of branch performance and community integration.
- Lead Team Development: Train, motivate, and manage all branch staff, including tellers and customer service representatives, to deliver exceptional service and meet collective performance targets.
- Drive Business Growth: Implement effective strategies to expand the branch’s loan portfolio, increase deposits, and generate fee income. You will actively drive cross-selling initiatives to achieve all sales goals.
- Enhance Customer Experience: Foster strong, lasting customer relationships, resolve complex service issues, and ensure a consistently positive client journey at every touchpoint.
- Ensure Operations and Compliance: Oversee daily branch operations, manage accurate financial reporting, and guarantee strict adherence to all banking regulations and security protocols.
- Engage the Community: Represent the bank actively within the local community to build brand awareness, strengthen the institution’s presence, and attract new business opportunities.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Have a minimum of three years of banking experience, with a proven record in both leadership and sales performance.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of banking products, financial regulations, and effective financial management principles.
- Exhibit excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Show a demonstrated ability to build, lead, and motivate a high-performing team.
- Possess a strong working knowledge of the T24 banking software system.
