Keda Ghana Ceramics Company Limited is recruiting a dynamic and results oriented BM Marketing Executive for our Building Materials division. This role is crucial for driving showroom excellence, coordinating strategic marketing activities, and enhancing market visibility for our premier brands: Twyford, Micasso, and Frencia. The ideal candidate will be a proactive organizer capable of collaborating with cross functional teams to maintain high showroom standards and execute impactful marketing initiatives.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

You will act as the central point for showroom performance and brand presentation across our network.
Develop and implement a structured monthly plan for checking all brand showrooms.
Ensure timely submission of showroom inspection and spot check reports from salesmen, shop guiders, and managers.
Train both new and existing staff on showroom standards, customer engagement protocols, and product display guidelines.
Oversee showroom performance summary reports and manage the incentive policy for the sales team.
Coordinate with product teams to secure launch images, marketing materials, and timely product updates.
Guarantee that new products receive prominent and attractive placement in key showroom locations.
Manage all marketing materials, display assets, and showroom inventory to meet strict brand requirements.
Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly reports on showroom checks, product launches, and overall performance metrics.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
Have three to five years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, or showroom management, preferably within the building materials or FMCG sector.
Demonstrate strong planning, communication, and team leadership abilities.
Exhibit excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
