Job Description and Role Responsibilities

As a tutor, you will be instrumental in shaping students’ understanding and confidence in their subjects.

Prepare engaging and structured lesson plans customized to each student’s unique learning needs and academic goals.
Provide direct support with homework assignments, topic revision, and comprehensive exam preparation strategies.
Closely monitor and track each student’s academic progress over time.
Deliver regular, constructive feedback to both students and their parents regarding performance and areas for improvement.
Maintain clear, professional, and proactive communication with students and parents throughout the tutoring engagement.

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates should possess a minimum of a Diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree. A background in Education is a significant advantage.
Demonstrate deep proficiency and confidence in the specific subject(s) you wish to teach.
Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, alongside excellent interpersonal abilities to build rapport.
Show immense patience, reliability, and a genuine passion for facilitating student learning and growth.
Have the flexibility and technical capability to teach effectively both in person and online, depending on client preference.
