Position Overview

This role reports directly to the Operations Manager and is based at our Tema Community 25 office. The successful candidate will apply engineering expertise to contribute to our diverse portfolio of building and construction projects, ensuring they meet our renowned standards for quality and innovation.

Key Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must possess a Degree or a Higher National Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Have one to three years of practical working experience as a civil engineer.
Previous experience with a construction company is a distinct advantage.
Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Show proficiency in core civil engineering principles, techniques, and industry tools.
Exhibit the capacity to plan, execute, and oversee projects comprehensively from inception to completion.
Possess a critical attention to detail and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
Be familiar with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
Display leadership potential to supervise construction activities and lead site teams.
Remain open to adopting new technologies and innovative construction practices.
Show a positive adaptability to change and an unwavering commitment to high safety standards.
