St. Nicholas Charity Foundation School is seeking a compassionate Social Worker to join our mission driven team. Key Duties and Impact

As our Social Worker, you will create a direct, positive influence on the lives of the children we serve.

Design, develop, and implement tailored support programs for children and youth.
Advocate for and protect the rights and welfare of every child in our care.
Proactively assess and address the individual needs of the children.
Prepare and submit detailed monthly reports as well as any required annual documentation.
Collaborate with the school team to foster a nurturing and secure environment.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Candidates must hold a first degree in Social Work, Sociology, or a closely related discipline. Registration as a Social Worker is essential.
Possess at least one year of experience in program development, preferably within a child care NGO setting.
Newly Registered Social Workers without prior experience are also strongly encouraged to apply.
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Exhibit the capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
