POSITION: Female Paint Sales Executive

In this field-centric role, you will be the face of Shinestar in the market. Your daily routine will center on building relationships, creating new opportunities, and ensuring successful transaction completion.

  • Conduct Daily Market Visits: You will proactively and consistently visit a network of paint shops, hardware stores, construction contractors, and renovation companies to promote our products.
  • Develop New Business: Aggressively identify and onboard new customers, moving beyond lead generation to secure confirmed sales and signed agreements.
  • Close Real Sales: Employ persuasive selling techniques to negotiate and finalize sales deals, directly contributing to the company’s revenue growth.
  • Manage Order and Payment Cycle: Diligently follow up on customer orders to ensure timely delivery and, furthermore, track payments meticulously to maintain healthy account receivables.
  • Drive Market Intelligence: Serve as the eyes and ears on the ground, gathering valuable feedback on competitor activity and customer preferences to inform business strategy.
