POSITION: Social Media Manager

Prosupport Services Company Limited is seeking an innovative and strategic Social Media Manager to spearhead the digital presence for Unichem. As our Social Media Manager, you will shape Unichem’s voice across all digital platforms. You will develop compelling campaigns, foster meaningful customer relationships, and elevate brand visibility in a competitive marketplace. Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass the full spectrum of social media management:

Design and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that supports Unichem’s marketing and brand goals.
Create and manage a dynamic monthly content calendar for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.
Produce high-quality, engaging content such as graphics, videos, reels, and captions that reflect the brand’s identity.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional materials and product-focused campaigns.
Maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
Engage actively with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
Monitor customer feedback and sentiment, escalating critical issues to relevant internal teams when necessary.
Track key performance indicators, including engagement rates, reach, impressions, and follower growth.
Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Utilize analytics tools to refine content strategy and enhance campaign effectiveness.
Coordinate with sales, product, and external partners or influencers to ensure alignment across all marketing initiatives.

Your Profile and Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
Two to four years of experience managing social media for a recognized brand or within a marketing agency.
Proven expertise in content creation, digital marketing, and community management.
Strong analytical skills and experience with social media advertising platforms.
Ability to create or direct the production of visuals, short videos, and motion graphics.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Experience in the FMCG, pharmaceutical, or retail marketing sectors is a valuable advantage. We are looking for a results-driven individual with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
