POSITION: Female Lecturer Cum Personal Assistant (PA)

Job Summary:

The overall description of this position is to lecture and teach students at the pre-tertiary (secondary) level, motivating them enough to help them re-sit their weak or failed SHS subjects with a blend introductory curriculum of pre-health degree subjects, as well as to serve as the Director of Academics’ Personal Assistant (PA).

Main Duties:

• Teaching students in the following subjects: mathematics, integrated science, physics, chemistry, and biology (chemistry and physics should be your strong points), as well as the capacity to teach health courses such as anatomy and physiology, basic medical and surgical courses, and so on.
• Preparing students for the West African Senior High School Certificate Examination (WASSCE).
• Provide personal assistance (PA) to the Director of Academics.
• Student assessment and record-keeping
• Assess and assess trainee performance at the end of each semester using assignments, quizzes, and examinations.
• Counsel and coordinate microteaching for underperforming pupils.
• Develop remedial curriculum activities for referred trainees.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• Applicant must be a good-looking, confident female who studied Pure or General Science in Senior High School (SHS) and holds at least a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in the following disciplines only: Human Biology, Physician Assistantship Studies, Pharmacy, or any comparable life science degree (a master’s degree is an extra advantage).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, digitally savvy, and eager to learn.
• Willingness to serve passionately as a member of an entrepreneurial team that prioritizes student involvement, opportunity achievement, and well-being.
• Excellent maturity, confidentiality, and integrity when dealing with difficulties.
