Role Overview
As Credit Manager, you will oversee the complete credit lifecycle while developing robust policies that balance risk management with business growth. You will evaluate client creditworthiness, establish appropriate lending parameters, and ensure regulatory compliance across all credit operations. Key Responsibilities
Credit Assessment & Risk Management
- Evaluate client creditworthiness through comprehensive financial analysis
- Develop and implement effective credit policies and procedural guidelines
- Establish appropriate credit limits based on rigorous risk assessment
- Monitor loan portfolio performance and implement risk mitigation strategies
Portfolio Management & Compliance
- Analyze financial statements and employ credit scoring models for decision-making

Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting

Qualifications and Experience
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience in microcredit or financial services

- Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office applications
